Rent is exclusive of all utilities. Natural gas for heating and hot water, electric for lights and stove, water/sewer, cable television and trash pick-up are billed directly.

Are pets allowed?

A pet is allowed (dog or cat), provided it is at least one year old, has immunization records and is under 50 pounds. An additional security deposit of $200.00 ($100.00 of which is non-refundable) is required. There is also an additional monthly charge of $35.00.

What is the lease term?

Lease terms are generally for one year.

Who provides the window treatments?

All townhomes include mini-blinds fitted into the window casements and vertical blinds on sliding doors. Each resident may personalize their windows with additional drapes or curtains.
